We are a towing association that represents over 50 members in the industry.
Organization Structure
The Zabalaza Towing Association is a towing and roadside assistance organisation with a focus on putting the interests and concerns of towing companies first while building a sustainable industry.
Operations
The Head office is based in Midrand. Executive members are actively involved in the management of the organization, with towing and roadside assistance operations fulfilled by national membership base.
Service
All customer/ client interaction is monitored and followed up on to ensure that we maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Members have accredited storage facilities which are vetted by the association.
Recovery and Roadside Assistance
Service Scope
Towing and recovery of passenger vehicles, LDVs and commercial vehicles. 24 hours call administration. Roadside assistance: Fuel refill, Jumpstart, Tyre change, protection and transfers.
Representation
Offers representation, education, and leadership at ALL levels of society, gender, race and culture without any exclusion.

Our call centre is available 24 hours a day, seven days of the week. With custom software for the dispatching of our members.
